About the Role
Assume responsibility for communications with customers, authorities, service providers, and team colleagues (including phone calls, letters, and emails).
Record and process our business transactions (such as invoices and payroll) in our system, and prepare the documentation for accounting.
Assist in recruitment by creating job postings, documenting applicants, and guiding them through the application process.
Aid management with customer inquiries and bid proposals.
Handle the physical orders for our team, including selection, vendor requests, and tracking deliveries.
Organize our documents across various sectors (project contracts, guidelines, etc.) and manage diverse administrative tasks in our office.
Requirements
Demonstrated expertise in the administrative or economic sector, such as roles in office management, administrative support, or related fields
Minimum of one year of proven experience in a comparable role, or substantial background in administration, organization, or accounting
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with a keen interest in skill development, particularly in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Customer-centric, problem-solving mindset, collaborative team player, and exceptional organizational skills
Fluent in both English and German languages
